The pizzas were nice, even though one came as pepperoni rather than smoked sausage. We also paid extra for sauce for kebab to be separate and it never came.

Special fish soggy, chips dry, stale and chewy, fried pizza, dipped in oil? No crisp to it, just about cooked. 17 pound for all this. Cost a lot of money and you get rubbish food, happening far too often these days!! Extremely poor quality.

Absolutely awful. A fish supper was ordered. Unbelievable that you sent it out. Batter was overcooked and hard not edible even the dog wouldn’t eat it Total waste of money

They forgot my pickle, the curry sauce was burst everywhere, the chips were undercooked and hard. None of the meals had salt and vinegar. Everything was cold. Rotten chippy!

Last time we weren't very satisfied with our order and said so in our review. This time it was business as usual. Everything was hot and very tasty. As I said last time , we all have our off days. This is Ebis at it's best .

Food was poor. Chicken overcooked and chips where the dregs of the fryer. Both items salt and vinegar was requested and even the note to the chef ( please add salt and vinegar) ignored. Wish we had a second chippy in Carluke as they really don't give a damm about there customers

TBH We've had better from Ebis. The chips felt like reheats (although they probably weren't) . The batter on the fish wasn't as crisp as it normal. The whole thing wasn't particularly hot. Everybody has an off day. Won't put us off tho.
